{"data":{"id":"us-gu/22-gca-43112","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"22 GCA § 43112","heading":"Worksite Standards.","body":"(a) Guam Community College shall develop a written financial or non-financial agreement with each worksite employer which assures:\n(1) adequate supervision of each participant;\n(2) adequate accountability for a participant's time and attendance; and\n(3) adherence to the provisions of this Chapter and the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder.\n(b) Such written agreements may be memoranda of understanding, simple work statements or other documents which, at a minimum, indicate an estimate number of participants assigned to each worksite and any operational conditions to which the worksite is expected to adhere.\n(c) Guam Community College shall establish procedures for the monitoring and evaluation of each worksite to insure compliance with the terms and conditions of worksite agreements.","path":["Title 22: Business Regulation","Division 3 - Business and Professions Subject to Separate Licensing and Regulatory Requirements","Chapter 43: Tourist Industry Job Corps"],"source_url":"https://col.guamcourts.gov/sites/default/files/22gc043.pdf","current_through":"P.L. 38-133 (June 4, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T04:20:08Z","sha256":"6c04b38f4053936f14164681a43bdfd05933a823f4b2d361761496d4dcb93a35","source_id":"us-gu","stale":false,"prev":"us-gu/22-gca-43111","next":"us-gu/22-gca-43113"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
