{"data":{"id":"us-gu/3-gca-16501","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"3 GCA § 16501","heading":"Draft of Argument Favoring Measure.","body":"(a) Whenever I Liheslatura (the Legislature) submits any measure to the voters, the author of the measure and one (1) Member of I Liheslatura (the Legislature) who voted with the majority for the submission of the measure shall be appointed by the Speaker to draft an argument for the adoption of the measure.
