{"data":{"id":"us-gu/3-gca-16602","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"3 GCA § 16602","heading":"Severability.","body":"If any part or parts of this Act are found to be inconsistent with the Constitution of the United States or the Organic Act of Guam, the remainder of the Act shall remain in force.\nIf the Organic Act is replaced by a popularly developed Constitution, this Act shall be deemed to be reenacted pursuant to said Constitution.
