{"data":{"id":"us-gu/3-gca-9119","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"3 GCA § 9119","heading":"Examination of Person Challenged.","body":"(a) The precinct board shall immediately examine on oath the challenged individual and his or her witnesses, if any, together with the voter who called the challenge and his or her witnesses, if any. The precinct board may give the voter challenged and the voter who offered the challenge time to present witnesses wherever possible, but in no event shall such time be granted so as to prevent the precinct board from rendering a decision prior to the time for closing the polls.\n(b) The voter or the challenger may appeal the decision of the precinct board to the Commission. The Commission shall, as soon as possible, hear the appeal and shall examine the oaths of the voter and the challenger and hear the witnesses, if any.
