{"data":{"id":"us-gu/4-gca-10110","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"4 GCA § 10110","heading":"Settlement of Disputes.","body":"Procedures for the settlement of disputes between management officials and employee organizations or among employee organizations, concerning the appropriateness of employee units for exclusive recognition purposes or concerning the right of an employee organization to receive exclusive recognition, shall be issued by the Governor of Guam.
