The same deadlines apply to electronic mail requests as other requests, and to ensure that electronic requests are complied with quickly, the agency shall check its electronic mail every work day.\n(b) In making any record available to a person under this Chapter, an agency shall provide the record in any form or format requested by the person if the record is readily reproducible by the agency in that form or format.
