{"data":{"id":"us-gu/5-gca-13.202","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"5 GCA § 13.202","heading":"Implementation of the Guam World War II Reconciliation Act of 2021.","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of law, within thirty (30) days of the enactment of the Guam World War II Reconciliation Act of 2021, I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan shall submit to the Speaker of I Liheslaturan Guåhan an implementation plan, which shall include a proposed funding source(s), for the payment of war claims under U.S. Public Law 114-328 to claimants who failed to meet the one (1)-year filing deadline under Section 1705(b)(2) of U.S. Public Law 114-328. Upon the submission of I Maga’hågan/Maga’låhen Guåhan’s implementation plan, I Liheslaturan Guåhan may adopt, reject, or amend the plan in the form of a bill.
