{"data":{"id":"us-gu/5-gca-20105","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"5 GCA § 20105","heading":"Organization and Personnel.","body":"(a) The Director may establish such divisions or other organizational units as he may determine to be necessary for the efficient and effective administration and operation of the Department.
