{"data":{"id":"us-gu/5-gca-33413","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"5 GCA § 33413","heading":"Obtaining a Seal.","body":"(a) A vendor may not provide a notary seal, either inking or embossing, to a person claiming to be a notary, unless the person presents the following documents, which the vendor must retain for a period of three (3) years: A photocopy of the person’s notarial commission, attached to a notarized declaration substantially as follows:\n“Application for Notary Seal\nI, ________________ (name of person requesting\nthe seal), declare that I am a Notary Public duly\ncommissioned by the Territory of Guam, with a\ncommission starting date of ________, a commission\nexpiration date of ___________________, and a\ncommission number of _____________.
