{"data":{"id":"us-gu/5-gca-34103.3","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"5 GCA § 34103.3","heading":"Securing Assets to Satisfy Past Due Child Support.","body":"In acting as the official agency in administering the child support program under Title IV-D, in cases in which there is past due child support, the child support enforcement agency may secure assets to satisfy the past due amount by issuing writs of execution.
