{"data":{"id":"us-gu/5-gca-34142","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"5 GCA § 34142","heading":"Notice of Foreign Support Order.","body":"On the date a support order is entered pursuant to § 34141 of this Chapter, the Superior Court shall serve upon the obligor, in accordance with § 34132 of this Chapter, notice of a proposed income withholding. That notice shall contain the same information required in § 34132 of this Chapter. The notice shall also advise the obligor that the income withholding was requested on the basis of a support order of another jurisdiction.
