Violations of the ban are subject to civil fines that are not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and no more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). The civil fines shall be deposited in the Guam Environmental Trust Fund and used in accordance with 10 GCA, Chapter 45, Article 2.
