{"data":{"id":"us-gu/5-gca-65204","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"5 GCA § 65204","heading":"Guam Land Use Commission Involvement.","body":"(a) Any proposal to establish an agricultural preserve shall be submitted to the Guam Land Use Commission. Within thirty (30) days after receiving such a proposal, the Guam Land Use Commission shall submit a report thereon to the Department; provided, however, that the Department may extend the time allowed for an additional period not to exceed thirty (30) days.\n(b) The report shall include a statement that the preserve is consistent, or inconsistent, with general plans, and the Department shall make a finding to such effect.
