{"data":{"id":"us-gu/7-gca-8109","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"7 GCA § 8109","heading":"Chief Probation Officer; Appointment, Salary.","body":"(a) The Presiding Judge shall nominate a Chief Probation Officer, subject to the approval of the Judicial Council, who shall be subject to removal in accordance with the Personnel Rules and Regulations of the Judicial Branch promulgated by the Judicial Council.\n(b) The duties of the Chief Probation Officer shall be established in writing by the Superior Court Administrator and approved by the Judicial Council.\n(c) The Judicial Council may assign other duties as necessary to the Chief Probation Officer.\n(d) The Chief Probation Officer may assign deputies and assistants in such numbers as may be necessary.
