{"data":{"id":"us-gu/7-gca-8112","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"7 GCA § 8112","heading":"Bond of Marshal.","body":"(a) The Marshal of the Court, before entering on the duties of his or her office, shall give a bond in the sum of not less than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for the faithful performance of duty by himself or herself and his or her deputies during his or her continuance in office and by his or her deputies after his or her death until his or her successor is appointed and qualified.
