{"data":{"id":"us-gu/7-gca-8113","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"7 GCA § 8113","heading":"Other Court Personnel.","body":"The Presiding Judge for the Superior Court and the Chief Justice for the Supreme Court may appoint and may remove from their respective Courts, pursuant to all applicable Personnel Rules and Regulations of the Judicial Branch as promulgated by the Judicial Council such other officers and personnel as are necessary to carry out the duties of the Courts.
