{"data":{"id":"us-gu/9-gca-58.25","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"9 GCA § 58.25","heading":"Same: Punished.","body":"A person who is guilty of an offense pursuant to § 58.20 of this Code shall be sentenced to a term of two (2) years but not more than five (5) years of imprisonment and a person who is guilty of an offense pursuant to § 58.40 of this Code shall be sentenced to a term of five (5) years of imprisonment. Imposition or execution of such sentences shall not be suspended and probation, parole or work release shall not be granted.
