{"data":{"id":"us-gu/9-gca-67.403","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"9 GCA § 67.403","heading":"Prohibited Acts C; Penalties.","body":"(a) A person shall not knowingly or intentionally:\n(1) distribute a controlled substance included in Schedule I or II, except pursuant to an order form required by § 67.307, if said person is a registrant;\n(2) use in the course of the manufacture, distribution or dispensing of a controlled substance, or to use for the purpose of acquiring or obtaining a controlled substance, a registration number that is fictitious, revoked, suspended or issued to another person;\n(3) acquire or obtain possession of a controlled substance by is misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge;\n(4) furnish false or fraudulent material information in, or omit material information from, an application, report or other document required to be kept or filed under this Act, or a record required to be kept by this Act; or\n(5) possess a false or fraudulent prescription or alter an otherwise valid prescription with intent to obtain a controlled substance.\n(b) Any person who violates this Section is guilty of a felony of the third degree.","path":["Title 9: Crimes and Corrections","Chapter 67: Guam Uniform Controlled Substances Act","ARTICLE 4: OFFENSES AND PENALTIES"],"source_url":"https://col.guamcourts.gov/sites/default/files/9gc067.pdf","current_through":"P.L. 38-133 (June 4, 2026)","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-27T02:49:28Z","sha256":"469be16b8d169adb96791c5fb1d8636f0239d40fa086e1c6677c6c8d9615e520","source_id":"us-gu","stale":false,"prev":"us-gu/9-gca-67.402","next":"us-gu/9-gca-67.404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
