{"data":{"id":"us-gu/9-gca-90.47.04","jurisdiction":"us-gu","citation":"9 GCA § 90.47.04","heading":"Same: Basis of Determination.","body":"(a) The Transfer Review Committee shall base its determination for transfer upon substantial evidence as presented on the record at hearing, and shall be final. No inmate shall be recommended for transfer while any conviction for which he was incarcerated is on appeal.
