Stat. § 103D-325","heading":"Bond forms and copies.","body":"(a) The policy board shall specify the form of the bonds required by this chapter by procurement directive.\n\n(b) Any person may request and obtain from the State a certified copy of a bond upon payment of the cost of reproduction of the bond and postage, if any.
