Stat. § 103D-329","heading":"Past performance database.","body":"(a) No later than December 31, 2023, the state procurement office shall implement and administer a past performance database with regard to state contractors.\n\n(b) The state procurement office shall adopt rules no later than December 31, 2023, pursuant to chapter 91 to establish:\n\n(1) Information required to be included in the past performance database; provided that the information shall include:\n\n(A) The name of the state contractor;\n\n(B) The date of the project;\n\n(C) The size of the project;\n\n(D) A brief description of the project;\n\n(E) The responsible managing employees for the project;\n\n(F) Whether or not the project was timely completed;\n\n(G) The project's authorized budget; and\n\n(H) The positive or negative difference between the final cost of the project and the project's authorized budget, including the reasons for the difference, if any;\n\n(2) Procedures to inform a contractor of the information contained in the past performance database about that contractor; and\n\n(3) Procedures for a contractor to correct or respond to the information contained in the past performance database about that contractor.","path":["HI Code","Division 1","Title 9","Chapter 103D"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol02_Ch0046-0115/HRS0103D/HRS_0103D-0329.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"4b74d55e6107ef28f5d7ab76d3aa9b05df8a24045b67477ec7c025aa9d801b14","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-103d-328","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-103d-402"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
