Stat. § 103F-502","heading":"Right to request reconsideration.","body":"(a) A request for reconsideration of a decision of the head of the purchasing agency under section 103F-501 shall be submitted to the chief procurement officer not later than five working days after the receipt of the written decision, and shall contain a specific statement of the factual and legal grounds upon which reversal or modification is sought.\n\n(b) A request for reconsideration may be made only to correct a purchasing agency's failure to comply with section 103F-402 or 103F-403, rules adopted to implement the sections, or a request for proposal, if applicable.\n\n(c) The chief procurement officer may uphold the previous decision of the head of the purchasing agency or reopen the protest as deemed appropriate.\n\n(d) A decision under subsection (c) shall be final and conclusive.","path":["HI Code","Division 1","Title 9","Chapter 103F"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol02_Ch0046-0115/HRS0103F/HRS_0103F-0502.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"686cab5317ef83746a229c88e2bb2b179d540b443a1e00588de9a3e18ae82e64","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-103f-414","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-103f-503"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
