Stat. § 149A-15","heading":"Labeling requirements.","body":"Each container of pesticides shall bear or have attached in a conspicuous place, a plainly written or printed label in the English language providing the following information:\n\n(1) Name, brand, or trademark under which the pesticide is sold or distributed;\n\n(2) Ingredient statement as specified by rules;\n\n(3) Direction for use which if complied with will adequately protect the health and environment;\n\n(4) Warning or caution statement as specified by rules;\n\n(5) Name and address of the manufacturer, registrant, or person for whom manufactured;\n\n(6) Weight or measure of content;\n\n(7) The EPA registration and establishment numbers; and\n\n(8) Any other labeling requirement as prescribed under FIFRA.","path":["HI Code","Division 1","Title 11","Chapter 149A"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol03_Ch0121-0200D/HRS0149A/HRS_0149A-0015.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"aece6314885225540564ab4eab671a9700a90ad945a56cacaa15a29fa333d9ca","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-149a-14","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-149a-15.5"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
