Stat. § 159-53","heading":"Construction.","body":"The licenses required by this chapter shall be in addition to any other licenses required by law.\n\nThe requirements of this chapter shall apply to persons, establishments, animals, and meat or meat products regulated under the Federal Meat Inspection Act only to the extent provided for in section 408 of the Federal Meat Inspection Act.\n\nThe operation and effect of this chapter conferring a general power shall not be impaired or qualified by the granting of a specific power or powers.
