Stat. § 163D-19","heading":"Annual report.","body":"(a) The corporation shall submit to the governor and the legislature, no later than twenty days prior to the convening of each regular session, a complete and detailed report of its plans and activities.\n\n(b) The following information shall be included in the annual report and shall be posted on the corporation's website:\n\n(1) The number of lots the corporation leased or used, by size and island;\n\n(2) The number of lots the corporation leased or used, by island, that contain protocols and conditions supporting specialty farm products;\n\n(3) The number of vacant parcels and unoccupied parcels in the leasing process, by island, including the parcel size, location, and date the parcel was last occupied by a tenant; and\n\n(4) A description of any lease sales or transfers approved by the corporation, including:\n\n(A) A description of the type of farm products produced by the transferring lessee and the farm products to be produced by the accepting lessee on the leased lands; and\n\n(B) The date and description of the transferring lessee's last lease approved by the corporation.","path":["HI Code","Division 1","Title 11","Chapter 163D"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol03_Ch0121-0200D/HRS0163D/HRS_0163D-0019.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"97aa065a1d8bc438f854a56de1694bd1e4f7f89cfd268a03f5478def339ef126","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-163d-18","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-163d-2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
