Stat. § 171-34","heading":"Planning; intensive agricultural and pasture uses.","body":"In addition to the requirements set forth in section 171-33, if the intended disposition is for intensive agricultural or pasture uses, the board of land and natural resources shall:\n\n(1) Make or cause to be made an on-the-ground inspection of the land;\n\n(2) Secure data or information from the land study bureau relating to such parcel;\n\n(3) Review any other pertinent information with respect to the land and the surrounding area; and\n\n(4) Based upon information obtained, prepare a written report on the land, which report shall include the following:\n\n(A) The class of the land within the specific use for which disposition is intended;\n\n(B) The condition of the land with respect to its state of development;\n\n(C) Existing improvements, if any;\n\n(D) Extent of uncontrolled erosion if any;\n\n(E) Nature of forage; and\n\n(F) Extent of infestation with noxious weeds.","path":["HI Code","Division 1","Title 12","Chapter 171"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol03_Ch0121-0200D/HRS0171/HRS_0171-0034.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"1e85fc561eaf5483589168485beb753572d4c3481a12f9721240bcf116134e4f","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-171-33","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-171-36"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
