Stat. § 171-95.1","heading":"Authority of board to extend leases under certain circumstances.","body":"Notwithstanding the lease restrictions established pursuant to section 171-36, the board may, without public auction, extend a public land lease that is issued to a school or government entity pursuant to section 171-95 beyond the sixty-five year maximum lease term.
