Stat. § 201-84","heading":"Annual report.","body":"The department of business, economic development, and tourism shall submit an annual report to the legislature on the operations of its out-of-state offices. For each out-of-state office the report shall describe and include, but not be limited to:\n\n(1) The programs developed to reach targeted companies or industries in the respective area or surrounding region, and the result of these programs;\n\n(2) The major out-of-state government policies and regulations affecting business and economic development in Hawaii;\n\n(3) The major advertising efforts, promotional events, media coverage, and educational programs developed and conducted regarding business opportunities in the State; and\n\n(4) An expenditure report which shall include a detailed description of expenditures involving staffing and contracted personal services.","path":["HI Code","Division 1","Title 13","Chapter 201"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol04_Ch0201-0257/HRS0201/HRS_0201-0084.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"3a22e52262ea8c5c33f155f8c9500e8f920cc94e5dc6c2eae4a06c7b5a7887cb","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-201-83","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-201-85"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
