Stat. § 206-19","heading":"Eminent domain.","body":"The board of land and natural resources may acquire, by the exercise of the power of eminent domain, the real property or interest in real property authorized to be acquired by section 206-6, after the adoption of a resolution declaring that the acquisition of the property described in the resolution is in the public interest and necessary for a development project within a development area.
