Stat. § 286-241.6","heading":"Appeal to circuit court.","body":"Any suspension, revocation, or cancellation of a commercial driver's license under section 286-241.4 may be appealed to the circuit court in which the applicant or licensee resides by filing a notice of appeal in that court within thirty days after being notified of the suspension, revocation, or cancellation. The appeal shall not operate as a stay to the order or decision appealed from.
