Stat. § 290-10","heading":"Disposition of unclaimed vehicle.","body":"Whenever a county ordinance authorizes the police or other agency designated by the mayor of the county to remove and store vehicles, a vehicle removed and stored under authority of such ordinance may be deemed to have been abandoned for the purposes of this chapter if not claimed within twenty-four hours by a person entitled to possession.
