Stat. § 340B-3.5","heading":"Wastewater treatment certification board special fund.","body":"(a) There is established in the state treasury a special fund to be known as the wastewater treatment certification board special fund. The following moneys collected by the board shall be deposited into the special fund:\n\n(1) Registration fees for examinations;\n\n(2) Renewal fees;\n\n(3) Reciprocity fees; and\n\n(4) Temporary certificates fees.\n\nAll interest earned or accrued on moneys deposited into the special fund shall become a part of the special fund.\n\n(b) All moneys paid into the special fund shall be expended by the board to finance its operations.","path":["HI Code","Division 1","Title 19","Chapter 340B"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol06_Ch0321-0344/HRS0340B/HRS_0340B-0003_0005.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"c0d2dc10328bdd7c82f1ade02e18ca0f2c25de44ee17bfd2dc9860a5dd899257","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-340b-3","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-340b-4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
