Stat. § 346C-","heading":"7] Annual audits of the long-term care benefits fund.","body":"The auditor shall conduct an audit of the long-term care benefits fund annually for the first three years from the date the fund first receives deposits, and every three years thereafter; provided that the auditor may modify the time periods after the first three years as appropriate to the circumstances.
