No later than October 1 annually, each department shall submit to the legislature a report for each non-general fund account under its control that shall include but not be limited to the following:\n\n(1) A statement of its objectives;\n\n(2) Measures quantifying the target population to be served for each of the ensuing six fiscal years;\n\n(3) Measures by which the effectiveness in attaining the objectives is to be assessed;\n\n(4) The level of effectiveness planned for each of the ensuing six fiscal years;\n\n(5) A brief description of the activities encompassed;\n\n(6) The program size indicators; and\n\n(7) The program size planned for each of the next six fiscal years.","path":["HI Code","Division 1","Title 5","Chapter 37"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol01_Ch0001-0042F/HRS0037/HRS_0037-0048.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"068572e3792257cd575b32d7737c8d1197c15db722948526e21acd2a146405f3","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-37-47","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-37-49"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
