Stat. § 412:13-202","heading":"Application to establish and maintain a branch or agency; contents.","body":"A foreign bank, in order to procure a license under this article to establish and maintain a Hawaii state branch or Hawaii state agency, shall submit an application to the commissioner, together with the application fee prescribed in section 412:13-206.
