Stat. § 414D-5","heading":"Filing, service, and copying fees.","body":"(a) The following fees shall be paid to the department director upon the filing of corporate documents:\n\n(1) Articles of incorporation, $50;\n\n(2) Articles of amendment, $10;\n\n(3) Restated articles of incorporation, $10;\n\n(4) Articles of merger, $50;\n\n(5) Articles of conversion, $50;\n\n(6) Articles of dissolution, $10;\n\n(7) Annual report of nonprofit domestic or foreign corporation, $5;\n\n(8) Any other statement, report, certificate, application, or other corporate document, except an annual report, of a nonprofit domestic or foreign corporation, $10;\n\n(9) Application for a certificate of authority, $50;\n\n(10) Application for a certificate of withdrawal, $10;\n\n(11) Reservation of corporate name, $10;\n\n(12) Transfer of reservation of corporate name, $10;\n\n(13) Good standing certificate, $5;\n\n(14) Special handling fee for review of corporation documents, excluding articles of merger or conversion, $25;\n\n(15) Special handling fee for review of articles of conversion or merger, $75;\n\n(16) Special handling fee for certificates issued by the department, $10 per certificate;\n\n(17) Special handling fee for certification of documents, $10; and\n\n(18) For filings relating to registered agents, the fees established by section 425R-2.\n\n(b) All special handling fees shall be credited to the compliance resolution fund established under section 26-9(o).\n\n(c) The department director shall adjust the fees assessed under this section, as necessary from time to time, through rules adopted pursuant to chapter 91.","path":["HI Code","Division 2","Title 23","Chapter 414D"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol08_Ch0401-0429/HRS0414D/HRS_0414D-0005.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"85da2510442786a9553bfb566fe4767603d1efae42409c97c226cf25affe0d97","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-414d-4","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-414d-52"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
