Stat. § 425R-8","heading":"Change of name or address by noncommercial registered agent.","body":"(a) If a noncommercial registered agent changes its name or its address as currently in effect with respect to a represented entity pursuant to section 425R-4(a), the agent shall file with the director, with respect to each entity represented by the agent, a certified statement of change signed by or on behalf of the agent that states:\n\n(1) The name of the entity;\n\n(2) The name and address of the agent as currently in effect with respect to the entity;\n\n(3) If the name of the agent has changed, its new name; and\n\n(4) If the address of the agent has changed, the new address.\n\n(b) A statement of change filed under this section takes effect on filing.\n\n(c) A noncommercial registered agent shall promptly furnish the represented entity with notice in a record of the filing of a statement of change and the changes made by the filing.","path":["HI Code","Division 2","Title 23","Chapter 425R"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol08_Ch0401-0429/HRS0425R/HRS_0425R-0008.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"c83d0357d30ce502f04b10ba01f457a1d3f380c0c8a84d137c528a54a8c00809","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-425r-7","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-425r-9"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
