Stat. § 431:10A-408","heading":"Annual report filed by association.","body":"The association shall submit an annual report to the commissioner which shall become public information and shall include the following:\n\n(1) The number of persons insured;\n\n(2) The names of the insurers participating in the association with respect to insurance offered under this part;\n\n(3) The calendar year experience applicable to such insurance offered under this part. Item (3) shall include:\n\n(A) Premiums earned,\n\n(B) Claims paid during the calendar year,\n\n(C) The amount of claims reserve established,\n\n(D) Administrative expenses,\n\n(E) Commissions,\n\n(F) Promotional expenses,\n\n(G) Taxes,\n\n(H) Contingency reserve,\n\n(I) Other expenses, and\n\n(J) Profit and loss for the year.\n\nThe commissioner shall require the association to provide any and all information concerning the operations of the association deemed relevant by the commissioner for inclusion in the report.","path":["Hawaii Code","Division 2","Title 24","Chapter 431"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol09_Ch0431-0435H/HRS0431/HRS_0431-0010A-0408.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"c9843f31d0c49df3081ad6e010fa75d27cb393a6f2d0e9be4dc3602e1394405b","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-431-10a-407","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-431-10a-409"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
