Stat. § 431:10C-603","heading":"Proof of ability to process and pay claims promptly.","body":"An applicant for self-insurance shall submit proof satisfactory to the commissioner that the applicant has retained an adjuster licensed under this chapter to provide a complete claims service to process and promptly pay claims in accordance with this article and article 13. During the period that the applicant is self-insured, the applicant shall immediately refer all claims to the adjuster for processing.
