Stat. § 431:6-105","heading":"General limitations.","body":"Except as otherwise expressly limited, an insurer shall not have at any time any combination of investments in or loans upon the security of the obligations, property, and securities of any one person aggregating an amount exceeding ten per cent of the insurer's assets.
