Stat. § 437-15","heading":"Principals held responsible.","body":"Every holder of a license issued under this chapter may be held responsible for the conduct of the holder's agents and employees in all transactions regarding motor vehicles, motor vehicle parts, franchises, and transactions involving a subject or matter within the jurisdiction of the board.
