Stat. § 444-10.7","heading":"Enhanced penalties when elderly persons are targeted.","body":"If any person is found to have violated section 444-9 and the violation is committed against elderly persons, in addition to any other penalty set forth or imposed, the court may impose a fine of up to $20,000, or imprisonment up to one year, or both.
