Stat. § 445-95.5","heading":"Suits by the State.","body":"The director of the department of human services, by and through the attorney general, may bring an action on behalf of the State to enjoin any violation of section 445-95.2, to enjoin any person, partnership, corporation or other organization who has violated section 445-95.2 from continuing to engage in the rooming house business, to collect the penalties provided by section 445-95.4, or to recover any damages sustained by any person injured by a violation of section 445-95.2.
