Stat. § 486-79","heading":"Citation and notice to appear.","body":"The administrator may issue to any person violating this part, a citation and notice to appear, at a given time and place, to answer to charges against the person.\n\nThe form, contents, copy designation and disposition, and appearance dates of such citation and notice to appear shall be prescribed by the district courts.
