Stat. § 501-172","heading":"License to sell or mortgage, not affected.","body":"Nothing in this chapter shall in any way affect or impair the jurisdiction of a circuit court to license a guardian to sell, mortgage, or convey registered land for any purpose for which a license may be granted in the case of unregistered land.
