Stat. § 514B-33","heading":"Condominium map.","body":"(a) A condominium map shall be recorded with the declaration. The condominium map shall contain the following:\n\n(1) A site plan for the condominium property regime, depicting the location, layout, and access to a public road of all buildings and projects included or anticipated to be included in the condominium property regime, and depicting access for the units to a public road or to a common element leading to a public road;\n\n(2) Elevations and floor plans of all buildings in the condominium property regime;\n\n(3) The layout, location, boundaries, unit numbers, and dimensions of the units;\n\n(4) To the extent that there is parking in the condominium property regime, a parking plan for the regime, showing the location, layout, and stall numbers of all parking stalls included in the condominium property regime;\n\n(5) Unless specifically described in the declaration, the layout, location, and numbers or other identifying information of the limited common elements, if any; and\n\n(6) A description in sufficient detail, as may be determined by the commission, to identify any land area that constitutes a limited common element.\n\n(b) The condominium map may contain any additional information that is not inconsistent with this chapter.","path":["HI Code","Division 3","Title 28","Chapter 514B"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol12_Ch0501-0588/HRS0514B/HRS_0514B-0033.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"c9e48d3d61e9d328467c3354b1da4d15f9db9553eb35a2eda30ceb3947e8b57f","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-514b-32","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-514b-34"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
