Stat. § 582-2","heading":"Juvenile compact administrator.","body":"Pursuant to the compact, the lieutenant governor shall be the compact administrator and who, acting jointly with like officers of other party states, shall promulgate rules and regulations to carry out more effectively the terms of the compact.
