Stat. § 651C-7","heading":"Remedies of creditors.","body":"(a) In any action for relief against a transfer or obligation under this chapter, a creditor, subject to the limitations provided in section 651C-8, may obtain:\n\n(1) Avoidance of the transfer or obligation to the extent necessary to satisfy the creditor's claim;\n\n(2) An attachment or other provisional remedy against the asset transferred or other property of the transferee in accordance with the procedure prescribed by chapter 651;\n\n(3) Subject to applicable principles of equity and in accordance with applicable civil rules of procedure:\n\n(A) An injunction against further disposition by the debtor or a transferee, or both, of the asset transferred or of other property;\n\n(B) Appointment of a receiver to take charge of the asset transferred or of other property of the transferee; or\n\n(C) Any other relief the circumstances may require.\n\n(b) If a creditor has obtained a judgment on a claim against the debtor, the creditor may, if the court so orders, levy execution on the asset transferred or its proceeds.","path":["HI Code","Division 4","Title 36","Chapter 651C"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol13_Ch0601-0676/HRS0651C/HRS_0651C-0007.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"4721a9632cef2d3f4c138ff225a4dcbac76423d315d6e491a9e6bd68d4b5491f","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-651c-6","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-651c-8"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
