Stat. § 90D-8","heading":"Staff.","body":"The commission may establish and fill the following positions:\n\n(1) One executive director;\n\n(2) One senior program officer;\n\n(3) Two program officers;\n\n(4) One accountant; and\n\n(5) One secretary.\n\nThe commission may hire additional staff to assist in the performance of its duties and responsibilities.
