Stat. § 92-24","heading":"Directors of finance and commerce and consumer affairs; fees.","body":"Except as provided in section 91-2.5, the director of finance and the director of commerce and consumer affairs each shall charge the following fees:\n\n(1) For administering any oath, $1;\n\n(2) For preparing every photostat copy of any document on record in the director's office, 50 cents per page or portion thereof;\n\n(3) For preparing every typewritten copy of any document on record in the director's office, 50 cents per page or portion thereof;\n\n(4) For preparing a certificate of compliance, $5 for the original certificate, and $1 for each additional copy thereof, of which $4 from each certificate and 75 cents of each additional copy shall be deposited in the compliance resolution fund established pursuant to section 26-9(o);\n\n(5) For comparing any document submitted for certification, 15 cents per page or portion thereof;\n\n(6) For certifying any document on record in the director's office, 25 cents for each certification;\n\n(7) For all other acts and duties, the fees of which are not otherwise provided for, such charges as each may from time to time prescribe.","path":["HI Code","Division 1","Title 8","Chapter 92"],"source_url":"http://www.capitol.hawaii.gov/hrscurrent/Vol02_Ch0046-0115/HRS0092/HRS_0092-0024.htm","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:11Z","sha256":"c0230c83d6e8de4b56fe444375280a4f6d2341ae7c7f6dfa9cc4ea8eca43c689","source_id":"us-hi","stale":false,"prev":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-92-22","next":"us-hi/haw.-rev.-stat.-92-25"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
